The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a multi-district, grassroots leadership development program of member districts organized into regional divisions in various parts of the world.  It started on the East Coast of USA in 1992.

RLI seeks to have Rotary Clubs identify those Rotarians who appear to have the potential for future club leadership (not necessarily as club presidents) and provide those so identified with a quality education in Rotary knowledge and leadership skills which is important in voluntary organisations.

The course is usually held on Saturdays and Sundays either by Zoom or at a venue to be advised. For face to face courses, Morning tea and lunch are provided.  Each day starts at 8:30 for 9:00 am and finishes around 3:45pm.

Certificates will be presented when the full course has been completed.
Please consult the District Event Calendar for details of forthcoming courses.
The RLI Course is highly recommended especially if you are an incoming or current President, Club Officer, or Assistant Governor, or if you simply want to learn more about Rotary,
