Tasks following the DG's Official Club Visit
- From the District Presidents’ Meeting: Conduct a club discussion to explore changes and develop a plan to make the Club more attractive to and accommodating of younger Rotarians.
- All Rotarians: Either nominate for DG when nominations are called or encourage another Rotarian to do so.
- a) Register for the District Conference and the RI Convention ASAP. Remember to do so before 15 December for the District to be reimbursed for the funds advanced over the last few years.
b) Consider volunteering or home hosting opportunities
c) Invite a colleague of a family member to the RI Convention as your guest.
- Club Competition: All Rotarians estimate (or guess) the number of words in the DG Official Visit Address that began with the letter ‘C’. When all visits have been completed by the end of September the address will be put on the District Website. The winning estimate (closest) in each club will receive a prize.
