The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) helps Rotarians make the most of Rotary through practical, engaging learning experiences.
 
Whether you’re new to Rotary, looking to deepen your understanding of the opportunities Rotary offers, or wanting to strengthen your leadership, RLI provides an engaging and interactive learning experience. Through facilitated discussions, shared experiences and practical activities, participants gain new insights, build valuable connections and return to their clubs inspired to contribute in meaningful ways.
 
 
Our refreshed learning pathway now offers development opportunities for every stage of your Rotary journey — from discovering Rotary, to making the most of Rotary, and leading Rotary with greater impact.

Start Your Rotary Journey with Confidence
Discover how Rotary works within your first 12 months of membership, explore the many opportunities available, and gain the knowledge and confidence to become an active and connected Rotarian.
 
Cost: $15 via Zoom  /  $50 in Person (Catering included)

MAKE THE MOST OF ROTARY
Discover more opportunities to connect, contribute and grow
Designed for Rotarians with at least 12 months’ experience, this interactive program explores Rotary beyond the club level. Participants deepen their understanding of Rotary, discover new opportunities to contribute, and develop the knowledge and confidence to become more engaged members within their clubs, districts and the wider Rotary community.
 
Cost: $30 via Zoom  (multiple sessions, 10 hrs in total)
 
Make the Most of Rotary Program Schedule
 
ROTARY LEADERSHIP IN ACTION
Develop practical skills to make an even greater impact
Designed for experienced Rotarians, this highly interactive program focuses on applying leadership to real Rotary opportunities and challenges. Through facilitated discussion, peer coaching & mentoring and shared experiences, participants strengthen their leadership capability, broaden their perspective, and leave with practical ideas they can immediately apply within their clubs, districts and communities.

Cost: $15 via Zoom (2 sessions, 6 Hour workshop format)
 
Rotary Leadership in Action Program Schedule
 
All programs are delivered by an experienced team of Rotary facilitators in a highly interactive learning environment, with comprehensive participant resources provided.

Many Rotary clubs support their members’ participation by reimbursing the registration fee, recognising the value RLI brings to both the individual and the club.
